The Hohe (Hoy) House is a spacious, non-smoking, 2 bedroom/2 bath, Ocean View, Private residence in a unique Pacific Beach neighborhood; close to all (Beach, Boardwalk, Restaurants, Nightlife, & Shopping), yet quietly removed from the hubs of activity. The Hohe House sleeps 6 (1 King, 2 Doubles, and a queen sleeper sofa) and is fully furnished with all linens provided. Amenities include: Beach chairs, Beach towels, Boogie boards, Umbrellas, Coolers, & Bicycles for your Beach enjoyment... This is a great dog friendly area. There is a 4 night minimum during the low season, $200 nightly, (Mid-Sept to Mid-June), and rates vary for low to high season, from $1275 to $1875 weekly. Additional 10.5% hotel room tax applies and rates are subject to change. A $350 refundable, security deposit is required to reserve a week's stay and balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. There is a $10 per night pet fee. Well-behaved dogs over 18 months and under 80 pounds are welcome. They will gladly email the entire pet policy to you.

The Surf House is located across the street from Rio Del Mar State Beach in Aptos California. Located 10 miles south of Santa Cruz, on the sunny side of the Monterey Bay. The state beach is one of the few California beaches that allow pets. The Surf House is a charming 800 sq ft, single story, beach bungalow. Sleeps 6. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twins, twin trundle bed in living room. Expansive view of Rio Del Mar State Beach from the living room and large deck. Watch the surf and beach activities from the comfort of your lazy boy recliner or deck chair. Built in late 30's as part of the Rio Del Mar Country Club in Aptos Ca, it retains many of the original features. Deck has barbecue & redwood picnic table. Lovely hillside view from the master bedroom balcony and kitchen. Fully furnished. TV, DVD, phone, and internet connection provided. No washer or dryer. See the USS Palo Alto from your living room. This cement ship was brought to Rio Del Mar beach in the 1920's and turned into a floating nightclub. Time and tides took its toll. The cement ship is now the home for numerous fish and sea birds. The pier leading to the ship offers no-license required fishing. 90 minutes from San Francisco. 40 minutes from Monterey or San Jose. 15 min to the Santa Cruz boardwalk. 5 minutes to Santa Cruz Mountains and redwoods.
