Sail Pavilion is an open-air, waterfront retreat along the Tampa Riverwalk. It has a full bar, but also sells sandwiches, salads and light snacks. Guests can arrive by car or boat through Seddon Channel. Public boat docking is available in front of the Sail Pavilion. And my favorite part about the Sail Pavilion is that it 's dog-friendly! Equipped with stainless-steel dog water dishes, clean up station, free doggy treats and a dog menu with Frosty Paws and Mr. Barksmith Doggie Smoothies.
