• How do I register?
• Click on the “Sign up now ” button under the login box, on the left bar..
• Fill out the required fields.
• Decide if you want to sign up as a Pet-Owner or HAPOUsitter.
• How do I display my pets on HAPOU?
• You have to be a registered member on HAPOU.com and Sign Up as a pet-owner.
• Login the site with your username and password.
• Click on My Profile. On the member menu, choose option >>My pets >> Add a pet.
• While adding a pet, choose whether the pet is for re-homing or simply one of your pets that you are adding for others to enjoy.
• All the recently entered pets will now display on the home page under the 'New Members of the HAPOU Family' section, and others on their perspective pet profile page(s).
• You can then add your pet picture(s) under My Pets >> Edit Pet Profile(s) >> Click on the Pet Image which comes up with 'no image' and upload your pets’ image.
• If your pet image is already added and you want to remove or add more images, click on the appropriate pet image to remove and/or edit the pet image.
• If the images for a particular pet are more than one, then its gallery is created and we can view that particular pet gallery through pet profile page.
• I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
• Click on the 'Forgot my password' link available on the top left bar and enter your e-mail address. Click 'send request' button.
• We will send your password to your e-mail as soon as possible.
• How do I add images?
• You can add images by going to My Pets>>Edit Pet Profile(s)>> Click on the Pet Image which comes up with the default 'no image' picture and upload a picture of the particular pet.
• If your pet image is already added and you want to remove or add more images, click onMy Pets >> Edit Pet Profile(s) >> Click on the Available Pet Picture .
• If images for a particular pet is more than one then its gallery is created and we can view particular pet gallery through pet profile page.
• To add Member (Pet-owner/HAPOUsitter) Images, choose>>My Profile >> Edit profile>> Upload Image.
• How do I initiate a PetPal Request?
• You can send a PetPal Request to any pet-owner by clicking on the PetPal icon located on the Pet Profile page of any pet.
• How do I search for a pet in my area?
• Enter the search criteria of the pet such as name, location etc. in the 'Search Box' available in the left vertical bar and click 'search' button.
• How do I contact other HAPOU members?
• After logging into your HAPOU account, click on Inbox on the top header of the site, then choose the Compose tab.
• Enter the member name, compose your message, then click submit.
• How do I add an application/widget to my HAPOU Profile?
• After logging into your HAPOU account, click on Profile, located on the top header of the site, then click add apps link from
  the left menu under "My Apps" title.
• Follow the steps/instructions provided for adding the widget/applications.
